Long Radius Steel Elbow FittingsAs the curvature radius of the long radius steel elbow fitting is 1.5 times larger than the diameter of the pipe, this product is mainly used for connecting two pipes in same nominal diameter at the turning to help the pipeline to make a turn in certain angle. At the high pressure or high flowing speed part of the pipeline, our product is commonly applied. It is preferred if there is no limitations and special notes in the contract. The short radius pipe fitting elbow is similar to the long radius type on functions but its curvature radius is one time as large as the diameter of the pipe, marked 1D. Seen from the appearance, the short radius type is much shorter than the long radius type. This product is commonly used for low pressure liquid or some other places where there are limitations, such as size limitation, etc.
