Hot Galvanized Welded Pipe
The hot galvanized welded pipe features improved corrosion resistance after being galvanized. It adopts the molten metal reacting with iron matrix to generate the alloy layer so that our product combines the matrix and coating. In the process of hot galvanizing, the steel tube should be washed by acid to remove the iron oxide on the surface and then is washed in the ammonia chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or the mixed aqueous solution of them. At last, the steel tube should be sent to the hot immersion plating tank. The hot galvanizing layer features well distributing, strong stickiness and durability, etc.
Moreover, our welded pipe can be divided into two types, the hot galvanized type and electro galvanized type. Therein, the former has a thick galvanized layer. The latter has low production cost but its surface is not smooth and sometimes it has to be aluminized for resisting corrosion.
