The longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe is made with certain elongated steel band in tubular, which is welded by high frequency welder. Our product can be rolled into round, square and other shapes after welding. In shaping process of the product, the steel plate deforms uniformly without any scratch on surface. Moreover, the product can be processed flexibly on various diameters and wall thickness, especially the high grade thick steel type and large diameter thick wall type.

Features
1 This LSAW pipe has a longitudinal weld joint and it adopts one submerged arc welding both on inside and outside weld joints.
2. With entire mechanical diameter enlargement, this product has small but even stress inside so as to prevent cracks effectively. Moreover, it is precise in size and is convenient for welding at site.
3. Due to the combination of pre welding and fine welding, this product is welded stably with high quality of weld joint.
4. The weld joint of the product is convenient for nondestructive testing on production and nondestructive testing review on use outdoors.
5. In varied specifications, our LSAW pipe can be made in small diameter with thick wall or in large diameter with thick wall, etc.
