Air Classifier
The HF series air classifier includes functional components suchas the airclassification system, cyclone dust collector, electrical cabinet, pulse dust collector, high voltage draft inducingfan, etc. It is a variation of the forced centrifugal classifier and capable of auxiliaryair intake.
Features
1. The air classifieris meticulously engineered to yield high accuracy results.
2. The multi-poleconcatenated structure enables the simultaneous separation of different sizedparticles.
3. Thegrading point can be freely calibrated through the alteration of thecentrifugal RPM and the induction fan volume.
4. The single vertical impeller for the powder separation system stabilizes the flow field and allows for high processingcapacity with outstanding grading efficiency.
Howdoes the air classifier work?
Materials are “inhaled” into the bottom cartridge via the draft inducing fanand then thoroughly mixed with a blast of air. The spread of granules are then processed for classification. These particles are repelled by thecentrifugal force while attracted by the induction fan.
In the event where this tug-of-war favors the centrifugal force, thickergranules that exceed the diameter range are thrown against the cartridge wall andcollected at the bottom.
The auxiliary air blast is ushered evenly through a cone shaped intake and actsas a wind screen on the thicker granules, cleansing them of anyimpurities. Once this procedure iscomplete, the particles are gathered and discharged from the air classifier.
The smaller granules are passed into the centrifugal collector and detained bythe pulse dust collector. Purified air is released by the inductionfan.
