Particles detained by the dust collector are estimated to be around300mesh.  Variable sieves are providedand are capable of processing products between the sizes of 60 to 120mesh.

DesignFeatures
1.The dry quartz sand making machineis equipped with a high-purity sand processing system in the shape of atube, designed with an optimized length to diameter ratio.   Theinterior of the tube is coated with quartz, preventing iron impurities fromcontaminating processed materials. 
2. The idler wheel and the carrier rollerutilized for support-tube rotation are both created with high integrity alloysteel.  These key components haveundergone further heat treatment and possess excellent resilience againstabrasion and deformation, ensuring the stable and long lasting performance of the quartz sand making machine. 
3. The discharge grate consists of castmanganese steel and retains a scientific structural arrangement that guaranteesthe same level of smooth discharge for all processed materials. 
4. The RPM (revolutions per minute) of thetube and the speed of the material feed are strictly regulated in order toensure that the processed materials are thoroughly purified. 
5. By request, our technicians willdesign thequartz sand makingequipment with custom classification sieves basedon client-side specifications.  Thisallows for the processing of multiple products from a single feed.   
6. For cleaning and maintenance purposes, wehave outfitted our dryquartz sand making machine with a high efficiency pulsating dust blower that purgesinterconnected pipes and eliminates granular byproducts to allow for smooth,uninterrupted operations.  Thisenvironmental friendly process is purely internal and does not release anyairborne particles.
