The RCYA series conduitpermanent iron separator isutilized to eliminate weakly magnetic oxide from liquids or pulp.  It is ideal magneticseparation system for sorting low iron concentration mixtures processed through a feedingchute in the absence of a conveyor belt. It is capable of removing iron-containing impuritiesfrom feed pipes containing materials such as coal, concrete, plastics,chemicals, etc. 

Part of the compound multi-magnet series, the permanentiron separator retains a double magnet structure that projects apowerful magnetic field 10 to 25 times stronger than a ferrite magnet. 

The extra large magnetizing surface gives the machine ample time for theextraction of impurities.   Other thanthe exterior iron removal fitting, the permanent magnetic separatoris wholly sealed.  Compact andlightweight, our machine is both easy to install and maintain.
