This industrial energy efficiency project is the solar central heating system, which adopts 168 sets of all glass vacuum tubes. The system can provide 50 tons of hot water every day.

Main Functions

The vacuum tube of this heat collector is placed vertically, which possesses strong capacity of heat absorption, and high usage of hot water. Also, it can continuously provide hot water for 24 hours.

Climatic Condition

Kunming belongs to temperate climate zone. Most areas in Kunming have pleasant weather, where the winter is not cold and the summer is not hot. The temperature in urban areas ranges from zero to 29℃. Kunming is located at north latitude between 24°23' and 26°22', and east longitude between 102°10' and 103°40'. The city center is located at 25°02'11" north latitude and 102°42'31" east longitude.

This industrial energy efficiency project belongs to the enterprise production water. It requires that the water temperature must be about 50℃. Considering the bad weather condition, the electricity can be used as the auxiliary energy for heating. This water temperature just reaches the required effect in the normal weather condition, which helps the company save significant operating funds.
