The drypowder magnetic separatoris an ideal miningequipment set for processing particles within the 0~30mm size range. It is also equipped to handle thepre-separation of low grade (5% to 20%) magnetite and dry powder ore. This proceduresignificantly improves grinding quality and reduces mineral processingcost.

Our dry powder magnetic separator features atight configuration consisting of multiple magnets engineered to enhance thesifting of magnetic particles. A 180° broad-angle design extends the effective range of separationwhile improving the working performance of iron ore recovery.

The drum surface of the metal separator ismade from wear-resistant ceramics with a hardness index of HRA ≥ 85 and a hardlimit of approximately HRA 92. A simple but practical materialdistribution structure allows for more convenient control over the processinggrade.
