Concentrate Dewatering Magnetic Separator
The NCTB concentrate dewatering magnetic separator isprimarily utilized to treat low content slurry by raising its overallconcentration. Through the use of a high frequency sifter, the magnetic separation equipment is able to effectively raisegranular mineral purity for a more efficient tier two grinding performance thatsignificantly reduces production costs.
Our magnetic separator comes with a broad angle design that doubles thepotential separation area and is capable of achieving a 99.5% recovery. The rotary drumof the mineralprocessing equipment is attached with a floating filtrationroller for effective water removal, and can obtain a slurry concentration of upto 68%.
Mineral offloading is achieved through the reversal rotation of the drum. Due to the low grade quality of residualminerals, they are often discarded duringthe ore concentration process.
