The HMDC series magneticseparator with strong magnet isa type of coalwashing equipmentspecializedin the recovery of magnetic mediums at coal-cleaning plants.  Through the implementation of computersimulated design, we are able to create a large gradient, high intensitymagnetic separatorthat is capable ofcovering a wide angle of 138 degrees. 

The drum for the magnetic separation system isdesigned with an overflow opening and is made entirely from anti-abrasive,anti-corrosive stainless steel.  Ourunique double layered drum surface design greatly extends its potential servicelife.  The two extremities on either sideof the drum are flawlessly sealed with exterior stainless steel flanges andanti-abrasion aluminum end caps. 

The core components for the magnetic separator transmission are all acquiredfrom international name brands.  Theangle of magnetic declination is calibrated with a precision screw rod forconvenience and reliability.
