The manufacturingprocess for longitudinal type product has the feature of simple productionprocess, high efficiency, low cost and rapid development. Compared with this product, SSAWline pipe has higher strength. In addition to that, larger diameter weldedproduct can be manufactured by narrower steel. Of course, welded product of thesame width can be turned into this product with various diameters. In comparison to the longitudinal type productwith the same length, welding seam length of this product is increasedby 30-100% and the production rate is much slower. As a result, small diameterwelded product is SSAW line pipe andlarge diameter type product is longitudinal. For specification of ourSSAW product, outer diameter is 219--2220mm and the wall thickness is 6.0 - 18mm.
