Adopting 36 to 16AWG stranded bare or tinned copper wire as theconductor, the UL20862 spring insulated wire works under the rated voltage of120V and the rated temperature of 80℃.It is applicable to the internal or external wiring of cleaner, telephone andother electrical and electronic equipment. The number of cores ranges from two tofifty and the core can be either straight or curved. Meeting the standard ofUL758, UL1581 and CSA C22.2 NO.210.2, the product has passed UL VW-1 and CSAFT1 vertical flame test.

Our UL20862 springinsulated wire uses lead-free PP insulation and the insulation thickness is 0.41mm, which is environment friendly and highlysafe. The adopted aluminum mylar foil or copper wire shield is able toresist electromagnetic interference effectively. The product using 22AWGconductor has three cores and the other products use two cores. The productwith the 18AWG conductor has an outer diameter of 3.60*5.70mm and the resistance at 20℃ is 21.8Ω/Km for uncoated copper and 23.2 Ω/Km for tinned copper, which showsexcellent conductivity.
