Soldering Fittings, Brass Fittings

Our soldering fittings are most often made of CW617N brass and CU57-3 brass. Upon request for special needs, other materials such as DZR can be used.

Soldering fittings must precisely connect to copper pipes. Oversized joints cannot be inserted into pipes while an undersized joint is not strong enough and will eventually lead to leakage. Due to this, our soldering fittings feature fully welded parts processed using CNC machine tools, then tested with special tools to ensure the dimensional accuracy.

We can offer soldering fittings with the sizes ranging from 15mm x 1/2’’ to 54mm x 2’’, and different structures such as female straight, male straight, female elbow, male elbow, female tee, male tee, wall-plated, etc.
