The mould cavity is used for formingthe external shape of plastic parts during injection mold manufacturingprocess. Depending on the structure, it can be divided into two types, whichare integrated type and nested type. The integrated type product is made by awhole block of metal material. Featuring simple structure, high strength, good rigidity anddeformation resistance, it is great for making simple small and medium plasticparts. The nested type product is ideal for making plastic parts withrelatively complex shapes. It can effectively improve the process and reducedistortion during heat treatment. With a strong machining capacity, our companycan help customers with their different mould cavity needs. Customers canchoose the number of injection mold cavities based on their actual injectionmolding machine’s plasticizing capacity, maximum injection volume, clampingforce and other parameters.
