The mould core is used to shape theinternal shape of the plastic parts in injection molding process. As the convexpart of the mold, it differs greatly from mold cavity, which is a concave part.When the mould is closed, the core and cavity come together, and the resultingspace between them is where the plastic resin solidifies and forms the part. We cancustomize products according to the samples or drawings supplied by customers.Through the adoption of reasonable process and precise equipment, we greatlyimprove the core machining accuracy.

Description: Semi finished mould hasbeen set up. Core holder, pillar hole and hot runner circuit slot are allfinished. The mold makers just need to insert core material for further setup.
