Mud Pump

As one of the main auxiliary equipment for geological exploration, the mud pump is mainly used to provide drilling fluid which consists of mud or water for borehole during the process of core drilling. The drilling fluid circulates in the borehole to achieve the purposes of taking along the detritus onto the ground, keeping the bottom of borehole clean, cooling and lubricating drilling bit and drilling tool, protecting the wall of the borehole from collapse and facilitating the drilling process. So the drilling fluid is also called as the blood of drilling. It shows that the drilling fluid plays a very important role in drilling process. Thus, the quality and property of the mud pump influence the drilling efficiency of whole drilling process directly. 

The product of our company is comprised of four types with the models of BW-150, BW-250, BW-320 and BW-300/12.

Main Technical Parameters

The product of BW-150 type has the features of multi variable speed, energy saving, compacted structure, light weight, high efficiency, high durability, safe operation, convenient maintenance and low maintaining cost. It has been widely used in the fields of geology, coal, construction, metallurgy, chemical engineering, railway, water conservancy and petroleum for geological drilling, geological engineering construction supporting and working as low and medium pressure injection pump for foundation treatment.

The product of BW-250 type is the horizontal triplex reciprocating single action piston type. It has two kinds of hydraulic cylinder diameters and four levels of variables. The large cylinder liner is used to match with 1000m large diameter drill and the small cylinder liner is used to match with 1500m s diameter drill. The equipment is mainly used for supporting the core drilling machine conveying the mud, grouting, mine sewage discharge, water supply for long distance and other purposes.

The product of BW-320 type has been widely applied to the fields of geology, coal, construction, metallurgy, chemical engineering, railway, water conservancy and petroleum.  With the export quantity increasing, the equipment has been exported to more than twenty countries and regions such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia.

The product of BW-300/12 type is mainly used to support the work of core exploration within 1500m and trenchless drilling machine less than 25t. It can achieve four kinds of flow rate and four levels of pressure and the variation range of flow rate and pressure is wide. Thus, it can be employed for supporting core drilling with a variety of borehole diameters. For it can provide high pressure, the equipment can be used as the bottom hole power source to achieve special drilling such as percussive rotary drilling and auger drilling. The preferable mud is with the density of 1.03 to 1.15, viscosity of 16 to 25 ml/s, sand content less than 0.4, particle size less than 5mm and the PH value of 7 to 8. Thus, the equipment is particularly suitable for use in sandy stratum core drilling and the construction of chemical engineering, mine sewage discharge and soft foundation grouting.
