DEUTZ BF6M1015C Water Cooled Diesel Engine

This series of DEUTZ BF6M1015C water cooled diesel engines has six types with different models and powers ranging from 250kw to 365kw. Through optimal design for complete appliance, the number of the parts of the whole engine has been decreased largely. Thus, the size of all the six types of product is only 1043 ×932 ×1174mm and the occupied area is reduced accordingly. The advanced turbo charging and intercooling technology is also adopted by all the six types of product to lower the pressurization temperature to below 50°C, which facilitates to lessen the exhaust emission and enhance the fuel economy.

The turbo charging and intercooling technology is that the ventilating air is compressed through turbocharger and the compressed air is cooled by the intercooler. Then the cooled compressed air enters in the combustion chamber of cylinder through the intake manifold and inlet valve. The turbo charging and intercooling system works only when the diesel engine works with full load or the speed of the engine comes to a certain level. Then, the superiority of the turbo charging and intercooling system can be displayed.
