Thesmall car light mold is used to manufacture the small car light shell with PCplastic and 145mm length. In accordance with HASCO standard, the mold base ismade of S50C steel to ensure stableworking. In addition, the mold has two cavities made from 1.2344 German steel, so that it can realize the production of twodifferent light shells simultaneously. Utilizing the hot runner system, themold can provide high quality housing product with little plastic loss. The three-plateinjection molding method effectively removes the traces of the gate, and the fpin-point gate also helps users to obtain shells with clear and shiny surface.
