The welded steel pipe of our company is produced by taking electric resistance welding mode to weld the cold-formed steel plate or strip steel. The welding seam is now inside of the steel tube. The product can be made with the maximum outside diameter up to 24 inches and the maximum length of over 100 feet. But the customers can choose the product with the needed length according to their demands. All the products are produced according to the standards of API and ISO9001:2000.

Compared with DOM round steel tube, the welded steel pipe is more economical. Its application occasion is often with low requirements in dimensional accuracy and precision tolerance. The product has been widely applied to the fields of petroleum, electric power, gas transportation, chemical and medical equipment, foodstuff equipment, papermaking, shipbuilding, etc.

Through welding the curled steel plate, the production efficiency of welded steel pipe is much higher than seamless steel tube. The production of our company can be 1500 tons per month. We provide many types of products in dimension with the outside diameter up to 24 inches and the wall thickness ranging from 6mm to 30mm. Though there is welding seam on the surface of the product, which is a defect compared with the seamless type steel tube, we take usage of electric resistance welding which features heat concentrating and high efficiency. Compliant with the standard of ASTM A53, the product has been an ideal choice for customers.
