This SD card case is only 0.28mm in thickness, making it one of the slimmestcases in the market. Now the product with even thinner wall, 0.16mm, is beingdeveloped. The slim shape leaves enough space formany more flash chips to be built in, thus ensuring large memory size. In orderto achieve this, the resin fluid shall be injected in the mold with very highspeed and perfect pressure. In addition, the tooling has to perform perfectly to avoid typical molding flaws.
Our SD card parts can be easily produced within 7 seconds at one cycle. Thishigh production efficiency is guaranteed by the fully electric Sumitomo 70Tinjection machine, which has a high speed of 800mm/s and a monthly output of5KK pieces. Currently, our superior SD card mold and parts have been suppliedto big clients with large quantity.
