The large amplitude screen is a patented product and mainly used in thestock yard of metallurgical industry, processing system of coal industry andcoal delivery and desulfurization of power plant. Itadopts a large amplitude and self-cleaning screen to specially process the wetfeedstock at a big vibration intensity and low frequency. In operation, the vibrationforce drives the screen to work in a near-resonant state. The vibration exciteris fixed in the screen box which does not participate in vibration because theelastic force of screen box’s elastic system offsets the force of vibration.Thus, the large amplitude screen can obtain a high screening efficiency with asmall vibration force.
