Our sanitation diaphragmatic pressure meter features a diaphragm sealing to reduce the blind angle. Our product is easy to install and remove, while it causes no pollution. Build with stainless steel, our product has a low error of 1% to 1.5%. Meanwhile, since the measuring module will not touch the medium, thus our product can be easily cleaned up. The beautiful figure, enhanced safety and reliability makes our product a good choice in pharmacy, food, water treatment and other industries.

Tips

You can choose different diaphragm and flange material based on the different medium to ensure erode-resistance. In most cases, the material is SUS316.

For different purposes, you can choose different seal in the diaphragm. If no special requirements are assigned, the sanitation diaphragm model will be filled with glycerin-water solution.

Measuring range is 0.4-2.5 Mpa. If you have special requirements, please contact our company.

Measuring accuracy is grade 1.5.

Sanitation diaphragmatic pressure indicator can be adjusted between full fluid type and no full fluid type. You can also choose other types of normal stainless steel meter or shock-proof meter to connect with sanitation diaphragm.

In most cases, our product will be clip or nut installed.
