0.25 mm2 to 6 mm2. When ambient temperature is 20℃, the resistance of the wire with the cross sectional area of 0.25 mm2 is 80.9Ω per kilometer. The 6 mm2 wire’s is 3.39Ω per kilometer. Our silicone rubber insulation braided wire owns bare brass or tin coated copper wire and silicone rubber insulator. We add a 7KV power to the wire for 0.15 second and it can generate no spark. When we stretch this insulation wire, it can be elongated to 1.5 times longer. After being ageing treated, this product still converse 120% elongation. Based on repeat examinations, our silicone rubber braided wire shows outstanding electrical and mechanical performance. It is an stable insulated wire which can meet with any customer.
