GTO Silicone RubberHigh Voltage Wire
GTO-10 and GTO-15 silicone rubber high voltage wireare recommendable utility type products of our company. The GTO-10 type wirehas only one specification,GTO-15, as per AWG abbr. forAmerican wire gauge, can be divided into two types of GTO-18 and GTO-14. TheGTO-10 high voltage wire is eligible for the 20KV/1h high voltage insulationtest and the GTO-15 high voltage wire can even withstand the 30KV for one hour.Regarding the conductibility, they both perform quite well. Before the ageingtreatment, the tensile strength of this high voltage wire was 5.5 N/mm2 andthe break elongation is 250%. After the treatment is done, the wire still had60% of former tensile strength and 25% of former break elongation. Therefore thehigh voltage wire we manufacture has the traits of heat resistance and antiageing. The silicone rubber material we adopt is ROHS compliant.
