EN50143-B SiliconeRubber High Voltage Wire
EN50143 B siliconerubber high voltage wire can be divided into three types as per the ratedworking voltage of 2KV, 5KV and 10KV. The cross sectional sizes of these threetypes are the same of 1.0mm2.The conductor we use for this high voltage wire is a copper wire harness formedby thirty two copper wires whose diameter is 0.2mm. Its external diameter is 1.34mm and its resistance isless than 20Ω/KM. Due to the amazingly conductivity, our product can decreasethe power transmission wastage and generated heat and ensure the stable runningof whole circuit system. The higherrated working voltage becomes the thicker insulator we need. The even thicknessof our high voltage is 1.00mm,1.50mm or 2.50mm. The even external diameter is 3.40mm, 0.10mm plus or minimum, 4.40mm, 0.15 plus or minus and 6.40mm, 0.20mm plus or minus. Our high voltage wire has exactspecification and it can meet the requirement of stable electric powertransmission. All the three types of our product pass the dielectric withstandvoltage test in the results of 4KV 10KV and 20KV per hour. They are all ROHScompliant.
