3×0.22mm2 FGFEP Silicone Rubber Sheath Heat Resistant Cable
Our 3×0.22mm2 FG FEP silicone rubber sheath heat resistantcable has the rated working temperature range from -50℃to 180℃ and therated working voltage of 300V. The conductor of this cable is 0.2mm tin plating copper wire, the insulatoris 0.225mm thickFEP layer and the outside jacket is 0.95mm thick red silicone rubber sheath. The cable structure is formed by three wires,one blue, one red and one brown. The mechanical stability of the red sheath isan outstanding trait of the heat resistant cable. Before the ageing treatment,our cable’s tensile strength reaches 5.0N/mm2 and elongation reaches150%. After being ageing treated for 240 hours under the ambient temperature of200℃, 3℃ plus or minus, the tensile strength of ourcable can still stay over 4. 0N/mm2and its elongation is 120%.
