The SPC flooring profiling line is ideal for PVC/WPC/SPC materials. It features 6 6 spindles, 6 8 spindles, 8 8 spindles and other shaft configurations which make it suitable for the production tongue and groove flooring or interlocking flooring. When combined with the automated flooring machine, its high productivity, speed, volume and precision are suitable for huge production runs.

AZUMI deploys T chains and ceramic guide rails with great exactness, quality, and extended service life. With no bearings in the entire chain, and the ceramic guide rails being wear-free, the maintenance costs are minimal. The unique V-groove structure ensures stability and precision of the device during fast performance.
AZUMI’s production line makes use of an integrated cylinder structure as the pneumatic upper pressing device, as well as a pressure switch which helps to regulate the pressing level evenly. This design has greater tolerance to processing materials which may have an inconsistent thickness.
AZUMI have opted to use an integrated base for our machinery, which not only lessens the requirements for ground conditions but also guarantees stability for the equipment during production.
The casting of the column is one solid piece, which includes the dovetail groove for stability of the device.
