2 Piece Floating Ball Valve
According to API 6D, API 608, ANSI B16.34 standard, the 2 piece floating ball valve is designed and manufactured. It is different from other products in that is has a unique structure. That is the floating ball. And the RF and RTJ Flange End take ANSI B16.5 as its standard. The standard for face to face, butt-welding and test is ANSI B16.10, API 6D, ANSI B16.25 and API 6D, API 598, respectively. The valve is made of WCB, LCB, LCC, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M
Two body flanged connects ball valve. The size ranges DN15～DN200(1/2"～8") and the pressure ranges Class 150～400LB.It features for its widely usage, reliable performance, reasonable price ,etc. And it can provide many optional choices. The seat materials can meet special environment demands .It adopts raised fireproof lip design and has fire-proof function .At the same time, the valve has conventional ball valve series(using temperature-29℃～250℃),full fire-proof ball valve series and low temperature ball valve series.
