The length of furnace rangesfrom 30m to 150m, while the cross section of furnacemouth ranges from 0.5m to 2m. Natural gas and hot and cold coal gasfrom gas producer can be used. The tunnel kiln adoptsrollers driving system. Outer circulation system and glazing line can bedesigned. Thanks to the PLC computer automatic control system, constanttemperature controlling, adjustable working process, and remote monitoring areall realizable. The maximum service temperature is 1,300℃,and the production cycle is 40 days.
