WSM-400 Inverter DC Pulse TIG Welder
For design of WSM-400 inverter DC pulse TIG welder, advancedsoft-switch inverter technology and micro-computer digital control technologyare adopted, thus vulnerableness of IGBT is resolved, making the control board designmore easily. Besides that, control accuracy and speed are dramatically improvedand this machine is pretty ideal for sheet metal welding. Generally, there are 9 control knobs for thisproduct and they are distributed in two rows on the control panel of thefront of the WSM-400 inverter DC pulseTIG welder. There are 4 knobs in the upper row and they are all forcurrent control. To be more specific, knobs for current up slope time andcurrent down slope time are distributed on both sides and in accordance to thestandard, the regulation range is 0 to 10s. In the middle, there are knobs forwelding current and base current with the range of 5 to 400A. Besides that, there are 5 knobs in the lower row and from left to right, they are knobs for start current, pulse frequency, duty cycle, crater currentand post flow time.
