Features
1.Our concrete batching machine can work with ourconcrete mixer perfectly. Each batching machine can find a mixer withcorresponding mod to establish a working site. The working site formed in thisway costs less than half of that site with same capacity.  In addition it can offer the distributedmaterial for mixer as per the formula set by user. It is suitable to preparethree to six materials such as sand, stone, cement, etc for secondary aggregateof concrete.
2.The machine of this seriesis totally GB10172 compliant. Our batching owns electronic metering, Computercontroller, digital display and wired remote operation. In addition theoperation of this batching machine is so easy that the user just needs to pressa button for each move of the machine.

Some explanation of terms for your information
Cumulative measuring
It means weighing severalmaterials in only one weighing container. Metering device of our concrete batching machine can set the order and value ofeach required material then distribute each material as per the different valueit set before in order automatically. The working process of this machine canbe compared to the process that people continuously weigh a pound of soybeansand half pound of rice in one instrument in fixed order.
Fall
When the batching machine do metering and distributing, there still will be apart of material inevitably falls into the metering hopper before the commandsignal of ceasing distribution from electronic controller really arrivals. Ourbatching machine is designed to overcome the shortage by sending out signal inadvance.
        Fall value = Actual value –Preset value

Returnto zero：Our batching machine can set zero by hand or itself in cumulativemeasuring. If the material before got some left in the metering container aftermeasure, the machine will set the already existing value as the start point ofnext time for measuring.

Cautions
1.Beforestarting the concrete batching machine, user should make sure the weighinghopper is empty and the reading of digital metering is zero. User can press thereset button to clear previous reading. 

2.Sometimes the ECS of the concrete batching machine can not work normally thususer need to restart the machine.
3. The ECS will set and start its fall correcting program according to theresult of first   batching. When themachine starts the program, each material will be separated into two parts forbatching to the confirm the correcting value. 　　
4.The weighing hopper of concrete batching machine occasionally gets sealed bysomething so user is advised to keep it clean.　　
5.Beforestarting, please check  the circuit andcomponents and confirm there is no losen part and nothing in hopper.
