U Bolt

The U bolt our company produces is a U shaped nonstandard part, also called U type bolt. Due to its screw thread on two heads, our product can be combined with nut, mainly applicable to fixing tubular materials, such as water pipe, platelet like car leaf spring, etc. Its diameter size is from M6 to M36 or from 1/4 inches to 1-1/2 inches, and its specification ranges from 1/2-3 inches to 24 inches.

U bolt can be divided into three types, such as A type, B type and C type, with the minimum size of 14.5 to 92mm, 32 to 120mm and 19 to 50mm, as well as the maximum size of 620mm, 690mm and 150mm, respectively. In accordance with different materials, our product can also fall into carbon steel bolt and stainless steel bolt, of which the former is cheap and the latter has great corrosion resistance. On the other hand, the material our stainless bolt uses is different from SS304 stainless steel and SS316 stainless steel with the differences of corrosion resistance and applications, so customers had better make a decision to purchase U bolt in light of actual working environment.
