Bao Yuan 520 system has a8-inch color LCD display and the display is integrated with the control system.There are many functions of this system, enhanced maintainability due to fanless structure, high speed andprecision for mold processing. In addition to that, corner deceleration,excellent processing performance under high feeding rate, re-starting, resumedprocessing after breakpoint, program preview,single-step simulation, seven perspective choices and amplification are allincluded. As well as that, handwheelinterruption is another feature, which means that tool movement can beincreased or decreased under automatic mode to change processing path.

Proceduresuch as Ethernet is supported, facilitating input and output.Servo drive and motor of YaskawaElectric have the feature of good control, torque, good follow accuracy andfast response. Besides that, centralized automaticlubrication system is used in guide and ball screw so quantitative oil can beadded on time to lubrication parts. Because of this, uniform lubrication ofmobile surfaces, frictional resistance decrease, movement accuracy improvementand service life of guide and ball screw can be guaranteed.

A fully enclosed protection is equipped with CNC engraving machineto ensure the personal safety. At the same time, cooling liquid and iron can besafely and completely recovered to keep workplace clean and tidy. Guide isprotected by Taiwan'slead star stainless steel bellows. With good protection performance and long life, it can effectively prevent the iron filings and thecoolant from getting into the internal of the machine and damaging the rail andlead screw. Fully sealed design is adopted in electrical control box, ensuringa clean environment and maintaining service life.

For body assembly, every process is quality controlled by50% tolerance of the international standard, effectively reducing theaccumulated error caused by overall deviation.
