Flange bolt and flange nut possess unique structure, distinguished from ordinary bolt and nut. Our flange bolt is a class of fastener, composed of hexagon head ring flange and screw. It can bear a certain stress and lock more solidly with a thin ring flange.

Furthermore, due to its small head of flange bolt, the ring flange below can play a fastening role. It can be used as plain cushion, safe in soft and low wear resistant material without perforation. With the integration of gasket and nut, as well as skid resisting tooth profile, it largely increases surface area of nut in contact with work piece. Also, it features more solid and greater pull in comparison with the association of ordinary nut and washer.

Besides, the material used in industrial fastener series contains carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steal. The levels of flange bolt are 4.6, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8 and 10.9, while the grades of flange nut are 6 and 8 with the diameter ranging from M5 to M20. In addition, our flange bolt is usually used for anchoring structural parts, and most of flange nut is applied to pipeline and ring flange.
