Among these, large diameter model can be used for the connection with heavy load component through nut heat treatment. Due to different occasions, we can divide our product into A, B and C levels. These in A and B levels are mainly for the mechanical equipment with smooth surface and high precision. However, C level of hex nut focuses on the steel structures or mechanical equipment with rough surface and low precision.
In our series product, we can offer numerous surface treatments, such as self color, galvanizing, heat treatment, Dacromet and Geomet, etc. Self color nut is the cheapest among them, and galvanizing nut features corrosion resistance, and also heat treatment nut can withstand greater load. Dacromet nut is manufactured by new type of surface treatment technology, with its corrosion resistance over 7 to 10 times stronger than conventional electro galvanizing, hot dip galvanized or paint coating method. Besides, Geomet nut performance is almost the same as Dacromet with no chromium and excellent environmental performance.
