Chemical Pipeline Bolt

Galvanized steel pipe adopts the process of surface galvanization, characterized by small mass of zinc coating, low cost, no heating and the environment with certain corrosive media. Hot dip galvanized bolt is made to immerge the bolt into zinc liquid with the melting point of 500℃ for zinc coating on surface, which has firm zinc coating and better erosion resistance than ordinary galvanized bolt.
Among these chemical pipeline bolt series products, Teflon bolt possesses unparalleled advantage of predominant antiseptic property compared to other surface treatment process such as nigrescence, phosphating, galvanization, cadmium plating, hot dip galvanizing and more. It can fight against the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, methyl ethyl ketone and so on, but it has no effect on commonly used organic solvent, including acetone, benzene, methanol, ethanol and more. Also, it is stable with sulphuric acid of concentration of 25 percent, nitric acid of concentration of 35 percent, hydrochloric acid of concentration of 36 percent and 15 percent, plus caustic soda of pH value of 12.5. Besides, our chemical pipeline bolt series Teflon bolt possesses excellent capacity of high temperature resistance with the scope of work ranging from -190℃ to 260℃ plus the peak temperature from -190℃ to 285℃.
