Thread Rod
Thread rod produced by our company can be classified into ordinary type and stainless steel type with their different performance, price and use, etc. Both of them possess outstanding property in accordance with the standard of IFI136, DIN975 and DIN976. In addition, thread rod dimensions range from 6 mm to 30 mm, and the length amounts to 1000 mm to 3000 mm. Also, the thread standard conforms to MM, UNC, UNF and BSW, providing wide applicability.
This series of thread rod is processed by surface treatment of many kinds, such as self color, zinc plating, black, nickel plating, chrome plating and H.D.G, etc. Thus, different process may lead to different price and ability to resist the corrosive medium. On one hand, the level of ordinary thread rod can fall into 4.8 grade and 8.8 grade, and the latter can become high strength thread rod after heat treatment. On the other hand, the strength grade of stainless steel thread rod has reached 50, 70 and 80 by adoption of A2 steel and A4 steel, also called 304 type stainless steel and 316 type stainless steel.
