Heavy Hex Bolt, Nut
Heavy hex bolt and nut is widely used for the connection with heavy structure, equipment, etc. Product material our company produces belongs to low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon steel, which is easy to process with low cost.
According to different units in use, we divide our product into metric series and US made series with the specifications of M12 to M36 and 1/2" to 1-1/2" respectively. This series of product has diameter of 12 to 24 mm with many advantages. For example, its size is very suitable for heat treatment, and after quenching and tempering, it features good product strength, toughness and so on. Besides, due to its strength higher than ordinary bolt, our product can be also named high strength bolt and nut.
It is worth mentioning that our heavy bolt made by America meets the standard of ASTM A325-1 and ASTM A490-1, while metric series of product can reach the level of German DIN, American ASTM, British BS, Japanese JIS and Chinese GB. Similar to our hex bolt series product, this series one falls into self color bolt, galvanized fastener and Dacromet bolt, which the latter two feature corrosion prevention.
