Stainless Steel Nut

Stainless steel nut is the nut with the function of corrosion resistance. Compared to normal carbon nut, our product has slightly smaller strength and hardness, higher ductility and difficult to fall off in use. We usually adopt SS304 or SS316 stainless production, which features outstanding corrosion resistance to chemicals, seawater and other media.

Our stainless steel nut has two forms of nut surface treatment, including bright heat treatment and Teflon form, also called bright stainless steel nut and Teflon stainless steel nut. The former can keep surface color bright with basically no oxidation of work piece during heat treatment, while the latter surface is coated with Teflon layer, which can efficiently protect parts from various chemical corrosion and drug erosion. At the same time, it is able to work reliably under high load with excellent wear resistance. Besides, it brings about heat resistance, moisture resistance, non stick and more, extremely convenient to use.

In order to satisfy different needs for common use, the specification of our product falls into M24 to M64 in metric series and 1" to 2-1/2" in American made series.
