SolidLiquid Mixture Extruder

Made up of hydraulic cylinder, rack,pressure plate and O ring primarily, the solidliquid mixture extruder is applicable to extrusion of mixtureswhich are high viscous and with no liquidity, for example, putty extrusion. It hasbeen debugged before leaving the factory. For installation, install thebase plate on the horizontal foundation and then load the pressure plate and Oring. With regard to operation, install pressure plate first, and then put thecylinder filled with materials onto the rack. After that, lock the cylinderusing the latch, lower the plate and start to work. Pressure and O ring must bethoroughly cleaned after each running.

For single solid liquid mixture extruder, it is packed in wooden case and thendelivered to Shanghaiport for shipment by our company vehicles. In respect of full containertransportation, container truck picks the machine up and delivers it to the Shanghai port forshipment.
