Bag filter iscomposed of wheelbarrow, feed pump, filter cylinder, filter bag and pressuregauge. Bag filter can be extensively used in chemical, paint, ink food andother industries for cleaning and filtering of beer, vegetable oil andother materials. As well as that, bag filter is a piece of versatile equipment becauseof fashionable structure, small size, easy to operate, energy-efficient, closedworking condition and flexibility.

There are many choices for customers to choose. In respect of effectivefiltration area, ​​0.25 m2 and 0.5 m2 are available andfor filter fineness, the range is tailored and from 1 to 200 microns. With regard to different types offeed pumps, choices are pneumatic diaphragm pump and gear pump. For bag filtermaterial, nylon or non-woven bag material are optional. Protection network of filterbag are either made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to customers’needs. Besides that, for this series of bag filter, single filter and double filters are availableand it is possible to mount the delivery pump on the wheelbarrow if necessary.

Bag filter operation is simple because no installation isneeded. Bag filter has been debugged before leaving the factory. Before use, put the requiredfineness grade filter bag in the filter cylinder and check the O ring, tightenthe cover ring bolt and start the operation. Normal working pressure of filtercylinder is 0.1-0.3MPa, when it reaches 0.4MPa, stop bag filter and change thefilter. Filter cylinder and pipes should bethoroughly cleaned after each running.

For single bag filter, it is packed in wooden case and then delivered to Shanghaiport for shipment by our company vehicles. In respect of full containertransportation, container truck picks the machine up and delivers it to theShanghai port for shipment.
