Horizontal ball mill can be comprehensively used inpaste grinding in paint, ink, colorant and pigment industries.

For  horizontal ball mill LQM series installation, plate should bebolted on the foundation and the horizontal error of cylinder axis line betweentwo bearings should be less than 4mm. The grinding media, 20-30mm diameterporcelain balls, equivalent to 50% of the total volume of the cylinder shouldbe added first. After that, the material, equivalent to 10-20% of total cylindervolume should be incorporated, start horizontal ball mill, balls can work regularly. Beforeuse, directions of motor rotation and arrow should be checked before running tomake sure they are consistent with each other. Bearing and gear should belubricated regularly. A word of warning, empty machine running is strictlyprohibited.

Horizontal ball mill is comprehensively used in grinding and dispersion of highlyviscous, wearable material. Running underthe closed container, solvent evaporation could be prevented and pollution canbe reduced.
