Made up of rack, bearingsupport, dispersion axis, dispersion disc, pillar, hydraulic station andcontrol cabinet, the basket mill ishighly applicable to agitation and dispersion of small volume liquid and solidphase material in paint, dye, colorant and ink industries.

Installation process of basket mill is to bolt the base plate on thefoundation. Before use, some 40 Kgzirconia beads and 10 # -20 # common hydraulic oilequivalent to 90% of the total volume of the fuel tank of hydraulic stationshould be added. Besides that, directions of motor rotation and arrow should bechecked before running to confirm they are consistent. Bearing should belubricated regularly and beads should be filtered and replaced regularly aswell. As well as that, basket should be cleared thoroughly after each running.A word of warning, empty machine running is totally banned, andbody and clothing are not allowed to touch the working parts of basket mill forsafety.

In respect of fineness, basket mill is perfectly tailored for the materialswhich require high viscosity and fineness and generally fineness can reach to30 microns by dispersed grinding of solid particles. In the second place,basket mill is perfect for small batch production since pre-dispersion andgrinding can be completed in the same paint tank.
