Vertex Professional Portable Radio Transceiver
Vertex professional portable radio transceiver features a super rugged construction and a high-impact case to survive in the real world of factory, construction site, or fleet use. Vertex professional portable radio transceiver provides many years of reliable communications. Meanwhile, built to meet or exceed the requirements of the U.S. MIL-STD 810 C/D/E standards, the Vertex professional portable radio transceiver is designed to survive under extreme conditions of shock, vibration, and driving rain.
Meanwhile, with high-performance encoder and decoder circuits for both CTCSS and Digital Code Squelch, our product could provide access to tone/code controlled systems. DCS is also used to provide superior immunity of false opening of squelch in crowded RF environments. The VX-160 also includes a DTMF Automatic Number Identifier (ANI) circuit, which will respond to an incoming ANI burst for selective paging of an individual transceiver.
Besides, the radio transceiver has built to encode and decode 5, 6 or 7 tone selective calling codes in 11 different tone formats and support features such as stun/kill/revive and emergency modes. Dual 2-tone decode feature allows you to decode up to two, 2-tone pairs per channel. This feature can be used for two individual pager calls, or one for individual call and one for group call. Moreover, the high-speed scanning capability of Vertex professional portable radio transceiver includes "All-Channel" scanning, Dual Watch and Priority Channel capability. With "Follow-Me" scanning mode, a designated channel may be watched during scanning of other channels. These scanning methods will make you find your channel much faster.
