Our YAESU FTM-350AR mobile radio station consists of an advanced 50W mobile transceiver and two separate receivers with individual volume control. A 50W reliable power output is provided. With Yaesu's renowned high quality Die Cast Aluminum Chassis design, our mobile radio station provides enduring, stable output power. In addition, fantastic large and flexible LCD display enables you to customize your own individual preference of our product. It works well in both night and day. Moreover, 8 colors are available for your LCD display, while numerous useful displays are available with the optional FGPS-1 GPS Receiver and Antenna. FGPS-2 External GPS Receiver and Antenna with CT-133 and CT-136 are also available as an option. Moreover, our product is complete with TNC and compatible with various APRS® information and functions. It could receive WX info from other APRS® weather stations to exchange messages within 67 characters.

Besides, with the built-in dual speakers on the rear of the control head, our mobile radio station offers independent volume control for maximum flexibility. The control head is also able to be separated from the main RF Power Unit. Meanwhile, high-speed band scope is included for checking band activity rapidly. The optional Bluetooth Unit (BU-1) also provides hands-free radio operation with our optional Bluetooth headset BH-1A (stereo) or BH-2A (monaural).

Additionally, SmartBeaconing™ from HamHUD Nichetronix is able to modify its own beacon rate in response to the motion of the vehicle. Since the APRS network has limited bandwidth, SmartBeaconing transmits an optimal amount of position information with a minimal amount of QRM to other network users, thus making FTM-350R users most efficient on the network. For emergency situations, or to extend the range of a hand-held unit, the FTM-350R includes a Cross-Band Repeater. What is more, 500 independent memory channels with memory name tag function for each L and R band, which is 1000 channels in total. Moreover, 9 programmable band limit memory scan channels for each L and R band are also provided together with a rewritable preferred channel for each L and R band.

A special feature is offered when communicating with FTM-350R & VX-8R/DR transceivers. Our mobile radio station is able to display the location and other related information of your friends APRS® stations. The built-in barometric pressure sensor also enables our product to monitor and display your altitude and pressure.

Our radio station is packet compatible with 1200 / 9600 bps packet port. The built-in stereo decoder for FM broadcast is provided to offer the best experience with dual speakers on the rear of the control head. Moreover, optional FPR-1 Monitor Unit receives your transmission up to about 1,000 ft depending on transmission power and other conditions. The built-in microphone could also activate PTT transmission. Meanwhile, a MH-48A6JA hand microphone with DTMF function is also included, while "Line In" input permits playing your favorite stereo music from other devices.
