Custom Shaped Ceramic Fiber Products
Our custom shaped ceramic fiberproducts are made from ceramic fiber bulk together with organic and inorganicbond by vacuum forming. It could suit the need for fire-resistance and headinsulation for some special parts of equipment. The non-brittleproperty and high intensity of our product makes it a good choice as aconnecting mat in electric equipment. Meanwhile, with better toughness anderosion resistance, low heat capacity, excellent thermal shock resistance and soundabsorbing capacity, our product could fill the hole in industry furnace, and beas lining for burner and door in industrial furnace, or become fireproofrolling shutters. The enhanced compressive strength also ensures the servicetime of our product. With the temperature grade of 1050℃,1260℃, 1400℃and 1500℃, our customshaped ceramic fiber products can face the fire directly, thus it could be themelting channel or linings for metal groove.
