Alert bio-soluble fiber bulk is made of pureSiO2, CaO and MgO by spinning casing andinjection molding. Our product can be dissolved in water thus it will not stayin human body. Therefore, this fiber doesn’t do any harm to our body.With a solubility of 50-250mg/cm2·hr, our product meets the European KNB andGermany KI standard. Meanwhile, the temperature grade of bio-soluble fiber bulkvaries in 800℃,1000℃ and 1100℃.
Our product features an excellent chemical and thermal stability as well as alow thermal shrinkage and low heat capacity. With a low thermal conductivityand excellent fiber flexibility, our product doesn’t contain any corrosivematerials. Thus it could be widely used as filling and heat insulationmaterials of wall lining in industrial furnace. Moreover, it could also be theraw material of secondary product,such as blanket, board, paper, etc.
