ALERT Bio-soluble ceramic fiber module is madefrom high-quality spinning casting or injection molding bio-soluble fiberblanket. It is folded and compressed into the certain shape, thus features anexcellent insulation, integrity as well as flexibility to fix the gap afterinstallation. With an anchor inside, our bio-solublefiber module can be fixed on the anchor nail on steel plate, thus it is of highsafety and enjoys a convenient installation. Meanwhile, our product is of low density,low thermal conductivity and high thermal and physical stability. The workingtemperature includes 800℃,1000℃ and 1100℃.
The fixed dimension of our product helps to improve the refractory andintegrity of furnace. Therefore, our product is widely used as insulationlining for furnace in ceramics, glass and other industrial furnaces, as well asall kinds of kilns in metallurgy, petrochemical construction, machinery, etc.
