In addition, the aluminum panel of high reflectivity is made into the shape of trough with the sunlight completely converged onto the collector tube without any waste. So the temperature can easily amount to 300~400℃ with no performance degradation even after long-term usage.

Sensors are configured in the collector tube and oven to collect temperature signals and send them to the controller. The controller will then choose the most suitable temperature according to the food cooked. Driving the steering gear, it will ensure the right cooking temperature.
