Insulated steelpipe consists of four parts and they are working pipe, insulation layer, protectivecoating, and leakage alarm. We considered seamless steel pipe, seamed steelpipe, double-sided spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe as its workingpipes. Of these pipes, double-sided spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe isa kind of welding steel pipe and customers can choose it according to conveyingmedium. Due to rigid polyurethane foam, the insulation layer has a good heatprevention effect. And the protective coating which is made of high densitypolyethylene or glass reinforced plastic comes with favorable water-resistanceand high impact-resistance. As for the leakage alarm, it is buried ininsulation layer close to pipe. Once there is something wrong with the pipe,dedicated test instrument will show the accurate position and degree of leakageso that we will cope with it as soon as possible.
